As an artist, I am immersed in the visual details of my surroundings or landscapes. My art practice involves working across two mediums, oil painting & collage.
The commonality with these two mediums is color & texture using brushstrokes that represent my abstract expressionism of how I view a landscape.
My work evokes the memories of spending days along the coast of New England with its salt marshes and rugged coastlines. To observe the nature of sea grass with its wavering patterns in the sand and glimmering views of the sea remains the inspiration for my art.
“There is always enough beauty for those who wish to see”
My work has been displayed in many local art guilds such as Katonah Museum of Art, The Carriage Barn, The Rowayton Art Center, Ridgefield Guild of Artists & Greenwich Art Society.
